Automatic Sync Enhancements That Keep Donor Giving History Accurate
We've made subtle but powerful improvements to how tax receipt data syncs between Givecloud and DonorPerfect
What’s new:

Receipt Drawer Voided and draft tax receipts are now visible in a new receipt drawer within each contribution. This gives your team full visibility into receipt history, without losing context.

Voided Receipts Auto-Sync Previously, voiding a receipt in Givecloud required a manual re-sync to clear data in DonorPerfect. Now, that happens automatically—no extra steps required.

Revised Receipts Auto-Sync When you revise a tax receipt (any change that creates a new version), the updated receipt number and date now sync instantly to DonorPerfect.

Giving History in the Donor Portal is always accurate and up to date
Note: These improvements require auto-sync to be enabled in your DonorPerfect integration settings.
