Giving your supporters control over how their name is split while maintaining a simple one field approach in the Giving Experience.

First and Last Name appears as one field. Supporter enters names into field and when they click away, the fields splits into a first and last name field. Supporters can then freely edit either field if desired but experience no interruption to their flow through the fields if no changes are needed. Names are split according to NCOA guidelines. Any additional single characters are split into the first name.

The Giving Experience Privacy and Legal screen have been updated to include SOC2 compliance and now links to the Givecloud Trust Centre

We are excited to announce that Givecloud has successfully completed its first System and Organization Controls (SOC) 2 Type II audit. A SOC 2 Type II report describes a service organization's systems, whether the design of specified controls meets the relevant trust services categories, and assesses the effectiveness of those controls over a specified period of time. Givecloud's SOC 2 Type II report did not have any noted exceptions and was therefore issued with a “clean” audit opinion from Advantage Partners.
