We are excited to announce that Givecloud has successfully completed its first System and Organization Controls (SOC) 2 Type II audit. A SOC 2 Type II report describes a service organization's systems, whether the design of specified controls meets the relevant trust services categories, and assesses the effectiveness of those controls over a specified period of time. Givecloud's SOC 2 Type II report did not have any noted exceptions and was therefore issued with a “clean” audit opinion from Advantage Partners.
You can now view our SOC 2 report in our Trust Center (https://trust.givecloud.com/). Please let us know if you have any questions.
The Sync setting within the DonorPerfect integration settings is now a Global setting. Meaning, that if that toggle is turned off, no contributions will sync regardless of what the individual Giving Experience or Item setting is set to. This will give you great control over your DonorPerfect sync.

It has never been easier to manually add contributions from an existing donor through the POS. In this article, we will guide you through how to seamlessly import your donors' information into the POS in two simple steps!
Now you're able to offer your donors a better experience in terms of their donations. We know "today only" donors are expecting a tax receipt right after giving, and recurring donors don't want to see the receipt until the end of the year. You can now offer this with the "Individual One-Time, Consolidated Recurring" option. This is found within your tax settings.

Connect Salesforce to Givecloud to unlock the full power of your Salesforce CRM! Sync your fundraising automatically to keep Salesforce up to date with your CRM specific data. Use custom mapping to map Givecloud objects (such as Supporters and Contributions) to Salesforce objects (such as Contacts and Opportunities).
To add line-breaks, go to Fundraising > Open your Fundraising Experience > Click or use the tab key to navigate to Layout and open the Description box. Add the desired amount of line breaks to your description form.
Choose your logo size (auto, small, medium, or large) to change how the logo appears on each fundraising experience. To edit your logo size, go to Fundraising > Open your Fundraising Experience > Click or use the tab key to navigate to the pencil icon, and edit the logo size under Template and Branding.
For best results, we recommend Auto.
You can now enable a "Keep Me Anonymous" option for donors during add-to-cart checkout! This setting is available under Features > Website > Site Design > Cart & Checkout.
Allow your supporters to choose anonymity for their contributions. Find this new option below "Cover the Fees" at checkout.
