Set values for each of the 5 suggested amounts for each frequency (one-time, weekly, monthly, etc.) Choose a default amount per frequency

This makes it easier to align your donation amounts with how donors prefer to give — whether that’s a larger one-time gift or a smaller recurring commitment.

We’ve streamlined how contributions sync to DonorPerfect—right from the DonorPerfect panel.

✨ What’s new: • Open a dedicated Sync flyout to view address details + line items with gift IDs • Easily search and link donors by name, email, phone, address, or Donor ID • Instantly assign a Donor ID and sync in one step

🔒 Built-in safeguards:

• If a supporter already has a Donor ID, it can’t be changed at the contribution level—preventing mismatched records.

We’ve improved how suggested donation amounts behave across the Giving Experience to create a more intuitive experience—especially for recurring giving.

What’s Changed

Suggested amounts now adjust more intelligently based on the selected donation frequency:

• More frequent options (e.g. monthly) display lower per-gift amounts
• Less frequent options (e.g. annual) display higher per-gift amounts

This helps maintain a consistent giving level while making it easier for donors to choose the frequency that works best for them.

What to Expect

• Switching between frequencies will dynamically update suggested amounts
• Logged-in donors may see amounts tailored to their past giving
• Guest donors will see structured ranges based on predefined profiles
• Compact templates and custom configurations continue to use fixed amounts

You can now add a Daily donation frequency to both Classic Forms and Giving Experiences.

Giving Experiences aren’t one-size-fits-all — and Donor Cover Costs shouldn’t be either.

We’re adding a new DCC section inside the Giving Experience editor (within the Payments & DCC panel), so you can turn DCC on or off for each Giving Experience. ⚙️

We’ve made updates to the Settings area to make managing your account faster and more intuitive.

Now, when you click Settings, you’ll go directly to your Organization Settings — no more submenus to dig through.

You’ll also notice:

• A new button under “Accept Payments” for managing card types, currencies, and recurring options

• A cleaner layout with consistent edit icons and simplified action buttons

• Many of the tools and links you’re used to can now be found at the bottom of the Organization Settings screen clicking on Settings takes you directly to.

A thoughtful expansion of login options within the Giving Experience introduces Social and Single Sign-On (SSO) methods, alongside existing login tools.

What’s new:

• Google, Microsoft, and Facebook logins are now supported in Giving Experiences

• SSO is available for organizations with internal identity providers

• Login options are managed under: Settings → Supporter Preferences → Login Options

🔧 Improvements include:

• SSO only appears when configured, avoiding donor-facing errors

• One-Time Code login is clearly marked where required

• Labels appear only when login methods are unique to a specific experience

We've made subtle but powerful improvements to how tax receipt data syncs between Givecloud and DonorPerfect

What’s new:

1. Receipt Drawer Voided and draft tax receipts are now visible in a new receipt drawer within each contribution. This gives your team full visibility into receipt history, without losing context.

2. Voided Receipts Auto-Sync Previously, voiding a receipt in Givecloud required a manual re-sync to clear data in DonorPerfect. Now, that happens automatically—no extra steps required.

3. Revised Receipts Auto-Sync When you revise a tax receipt (any change that creates a new version), the updated receipt number and date now sync instantly to DonorPerfect.

What this means for you:

• No more manual resyncs

• Fewer errors and cleaner records

• Giving History in the Donor Portal is always accurate and up to date

Note: These improvements require auto-sync to be enabled in your DonorPerfect integration settings.

You now have full control over which login options appear on your Donor Portal.

Where to find it: Click on your Profile Icon → Organization Settings → Scroll down to Supporter Tracking (Located in the Login Options section)

This update allows you to:

We’ve made a small but mighty change to help your team work more efficiently. After some thoughtful discussion, we’ve rolled back the auto-selection of "Approved & Pending" filters in the Contributions list. Here's what we’ve done instead:

• The “All” tab no longer includes failed transactions.

• This means when you click into “All,” you’ll now only see approved and pending contributions — the ones you’re actively managing.

• Want to zero in on specific statuses? You can still manually filter for approved, pending, or use the failed tab as needed.

Why this matters:

• Less clutter = faster workflows

• More intuitive default view

• Improved focus on active contributions

No extra clicks. No confusion. Just the data you need, right where you expect it.
