  • Successful payment emails can include tax receipts automatically when one is generated.
  • Multiple recurring items in one charge are covered together — one receipt is attached that includes all recurring items in that charge.
  • Failed payment emails help donors take action with a direct link to manage their recurring payments.
  • Existing recurring emails are taken care of — failed payment content carries forward automatically, while you can choose when to move from your legacy success email to the updated version.
